First, verify your wiring to the crank and cam sensor is correct! If you have the polarity switched, you will have issues! If you have the factory cam jumper harness on the timing cover, it changes the pinout. Make sure the wiring pinout is correct at the connector that plugs into the sensor!

Settings
These are the settings for an OEM crank in the OEM configuration. Always lock and check base timing with an analog timing light and adjust as necessary. There is always a chance the trigger wheel on the crank could have changed from its original location, the wheel was not lined up perfectly on an aftermarket crank, or the sensor location has changed due to an aftermarket block.
